KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Organize servicing plans based on machine usage data.
• Maintain maintenance records including servicing, repairs, and breakdowns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance performance reports.
• Monitor machine breakdown and repair progress status.
• Coordinate with mechanics, site personnel, and suppliers for maintenance activities.
• Arrange service appointments and follow up on maintenance schedules.
• Assist in preparing machine downtime and maintenance summaries.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and maintenance systems such as MaintainX.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and vendors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
