Tanggungjawab

  • Review and optimize weekly staff schedules to ensure appropriate manpower planning across all shifts and outlets.
  • Monitor attendance and shift compliance; address absenteeism or staffing gaps in coordination with HR.
  • Supervise outlet teams, including outlet supervisors and service staff, to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support staff development through structured training programs, on-the-job coaching, and service briefings.
  • Lead regular outlet meetings to align teams on service goals, sales targets, and company updates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly inventory counts, with reports submitted to HR every end of month (on time).
  • Monitor inventory to avoid overstocking or stockouts, and implement controls to reduce wastage.
  • Set and manage the monthly purchasing budget based on projected sales and operational needs.
  • Oversee purchasing activities via the OSI (Ordering System Interface) system to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective procurement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for POS system issues; liaise with IT/vendors for resolution and improvements.
  • Train staff on POS usage, including cash handling and basic troubleshooting.
  • Audit POS reports to ensure accuracy in sales, voids, and cash reconciliation.
  • Drive high standards of customer service with a focus on hospitality and personalized guest engagement.
  • Lead upselling initiatives through service strategy and staff training.
  • Maintain records of retail/bar sales and stock usage for operational analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and seasonal product plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks; take corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and the GM on all Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including discipline and grievances.
  • Submit operational reports covering sales, inventory variances, labor costs, and any incidents.
  • Event Operations – To be in charge of any event operations whenever required.
  • Grab Platform Management – To oversee and manage the Grab delivery platform for all outlets.

Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
