WHAT TO EXPECT

Your role is pivotal in supporting effective and efficient operations of the Human Resource department. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who is proactive and has a passion for people!


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruitment

  • Assist in full spectrum of recruitment processes (eg. posting of vacant positions on job portals, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, preparation of Letter of Appointment)
  • Administer the Work Pass (WP, S Pass, EP) application, renewal and cancellation

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Onboard new hires when they join the company
  • Offboard employees when they resign

Compensation & Benefits

  • Involve in the implementation of the benefits and welfare programs of the company
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external medical benefits providers and vendors

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in company-wide employee relations and employee engagement activities
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on the preparation of company events

Administration

  • Assist in knowledge and database management within the HR department. This includes assisting with process enhancements and maintaining proper filing system, including data management and file sharing
  • Attend to employees’ queries on various HR-related matters
  • Support in all ad-hoc activities and HR-related matters as and when needed

WHO YOU ARE

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Preferably good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and the Singapore Labour Law
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Self-driven and able to work independently under tight deadline
