We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Coordinator with strong administrative capabilities and solid Excel skills to support export operations and pricing analysis.

The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting pricing activities, and analyzing pricing data to support cost efficiency and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pricing analysis to support quotation preparation and cost comparisons
• Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Support administrative tasks related to export operations and reporting
• Generate Excel reports to monitor pricing trends, margins, and cost variances
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth export operations and accurate reporting

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in export coordination, logistics, or pricing analysis
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
