Position Summary
The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for supporting order fulfillment and product return processes through accurate documentation and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role works closely with the Commercial team and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to ensure customer orders are processed, delivered, and returned efficiently in accordance with established service and delivery KPIs.
The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, resolving delivery-related issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective order management and coordination
