MAHSA International School is seeking a seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our team The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching Mathematics at the primary school level. This role involves delivering engaging and interactive lessons at the Primary level.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery

· Deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics across various grade levels (Primary/Secondary School).

· Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans, ensuring that content is appropriate for a diverse range of student abilities.

· Create and adapt resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to individual student needs.

· Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

· Use a variety of teaching methods, including traditional and modern techniques, to ensure effective delivery of curriculum content.

Student Development

• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

· Provide additional academic support to students who require assistance through one-on-one tutoring or small group sessions.

· Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential in each subject area.

Assessment & Feedback

• Design and conduct assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.

Classroom Management

• Establish clear expectations and maintain a positive, disciplined learning environment.
• Address academic and behavioral concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaboration & Professional Development

• Work closely with colleagues to develop engaging lesson plans and school activities.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops for professional growth.

Extracurricular Involvement

· Contribute to school-wide events, initiatives, and extracurricular activities related to the subjects taught.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
• Experience teaching at Secondary/Primary levels is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching is an advantage.
