Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kuching, Sarawak. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support for the organization, including scheduling appointments, managing office communications, and handling correspondence. The role involves assisting executives with administrative tasks, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Expertise in Clerical tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and organizational support
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with office management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
