Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Technician(SMT), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di KAIFA TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Familiar with SMT equipment and process (pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, SPI/AOI)
• Set up and monitor solder paste printing parameters (thickness, stencil cleaning frequency)
• Take and optimize reflow profiles to prevent defects (cold solder, tombstoning, bridging)
• Troubleshoot common SMT defects (missing components, misalignment, etc.) and escalate complex issues DIP Technician:
• Familiar with wave soldering machines and cutting equipment and other equipment
• Adjust wave soldering parameters (wave height, preheat temperature, conveyor speed
• Inspect through-hole component insertion quality (e.g., capacitors, connectors)
• Resolve wave soldering defects (poor wetting, voids, bridges) and support root cause analysis

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of SMT/DIP process technician experience is preferred 2. Basic knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and common soldering defects 3. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
