TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBLE

• To achieve and maintain daily branch sales targets as determined by Saverbro Sdn Bhd. To ensure proper team discipline, attendance, punctuality, and professionalism among branch staff. To maintain high customer service standards and ensure positive customer experience at all times.
• To improve and monitor walk-in customer conversion and sales performance.
• To prepare and submit daily branch reports, updates, and sales performance reports to HQ.
• To coordinate staff duties, scheduling, and daily branch operations efficiently. To ensure proper branch opening and closing discipline in accordance with Company SOPs.
• To provide sales coaching, guidance, and support team to improve sales performance and teamwork.
• Branch Operations Management To oversee, manage, and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Kuching branch to ensure efficiency, compliance, and achievement of company objectives. To ensure the branch operates smoothly and professionally at all times.
• Team Leadership & Supervision To lead, supervise, discipline, motivate, and monitor branch staff to meet sales targets, performance standards, and operational requirements set by Saverbro Sdn Bhd. To conduct coaching and provide continuous guidance to improve team performance and productivity.
• Customer Service & Complaint Handling To ensure and maintain a high standard of customer service. To handle customer complaints, disputes, escalations, and after-sales matters in a professional manner deemed appropriate by the Company.
• Inventory & Asset Responsibility To manage, safeguard, and be responsible for branch stock inventory, including receiving, storage, trade-in processing, quality checking, and accurate record-keeping. To ensure all Company assets and inventory are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Compliance & Reporting To ensure full compliance with all Company policies, SOPs, KPIs, operational guidelines, and directives issued by Management or HQ. To prepare, submit, and maintain accurate reports, records, documentation, and operational updates as required by Saverbro Sdn Bhd from time to time.
• Coordination with HQ To coordinate with HQ regarding sales campaigns, logistics, manpower, reporting, operational matters, and branch-related issues.
• Additional Duties To carry out any other duties, responsibilities, or assignments assigned by Saverbro Sdn Bhd or Management that are reasonably related to your position, whether or not such duties are expressly stated herein.
