- Prepare, process, and maintain operational documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), packing lists, invoices, and other related records.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
- Assist the Export Team with daily administrative and operational tasks, including printing product labels, carton stickers, shipping marks, and export documents.
- Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and assist in stock-taking and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders and shipments.
- Verify product quantities, packaging, and documentation to ensure accuracy before shipment.
- Prepare and update operational reports, spreadsheets, and records as required by management.
- Follow up on operational matters, shipment schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and document distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate operational records.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
