What's the team function?

Our Marketing & Content team is responsible for:

• Creating engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Building brand awareness through creative storytelling and trend-driven content.
• Leveraging AI tools to improve content creation efficiency and marketing performance.
• Producing educational, promotional, and entertaining content that connects with target audiences.
• Staying ahead of social media trends, content strategies, and emerging technologies.

Understand audience behavior and use creativity, storytelling, and AI tools to produce content that delivers results.

Leverage AI for smarter content creation

Use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, captions, subtitles, voiceovers, visuals, and other creative assets that speed up production.

Stay ahead of trends

Keep up with the latest TikTok trends, viral formats, social media updates, and AI innovations.

Be creative and experimental

Test new content ideas, editing styles, AI workflows, and storytelling approaches to continuously improve content performance.

Deliver quality content on time

Manage projects efficiently and ensure content is completed according to deadlines without compromising quality.

Learn, improve, repeat

Review content performance, identify what works, and contribute ideas to optimize future content.

Your playground includes:

TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, educational content, promotional campaigns, behind-the-scenes content, trend-based videos, AI-generated creative assets, and basically anything that helps us connect with our audience through video.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating content, exploring social media trends, and experimenting with AI tools. If you're the type who scrolls TikTok for inspiration, loves editing videos, and gets excited when a new AI tool can make content creation faster and better, we'd love to hear from you.

What's the skill required?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and internship candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Canva AI, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar tools is an added advantage.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Portfolio, social media account, sample videos, or AI-generated creative work will be an added advantage.

Who's there to support you?

You'll work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams throughout your internship. We provide guidance on content planning, production, editing, social media strategy, and AI-assisted content creation.

You'll also be involved in brainstorming sessions, campaign discussions, content reviews, and training opportunities where your ideas and creativity are encouraged. We believe great content can come from anyone, regardless of experience level.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
