Sepenuh Masa Service Crew (Front of House) – Restaurant Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,000 in Dalca Tok Cha Cha Bayan Lepas - Maukerja

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented individuals to join our restaurant team as Front of House (FOH) Service Crew. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Attend to customer requests and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Willing to be trained in food serving (portioning rice and dishes) and beverage preparation.
• Able to learn and perform multiple roles to support daily restaurant operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Work closely with kitchen and restaurant team members to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Able to fully commit to the work schedule and assigned shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling work responsibilities.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and peak business periods as required.
• Possess a valid Typhoid Vaccination Certificate and Food Handler Certificate.
• Applicants who do not have the required certificates are welcome to apply; the company can assist in arranging the vaccination and food handler training upon successful hiring.
