Warehouse Operations Intern

• Location: Bukit Minyak, Bukit Mertajam, Penang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months
• Internship Allowance : Diploma: RM800/month , Degree: RM1,000/month

We are looking for a Warehouse Intern to assist our Warehouse Supervisor in daily warehouse operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock.
• Support stock counting and inventory management activities.
• Help prepare and arrange orders for packing and shipment.
• Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse areas remain organized.
• Assist with stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Perform basic data entry and record updates when required.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) are an advantage.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment and perform light physical tasks.
