Location : Austin Heights International School, Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru

Job Description :

• To assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes as directed by the chef.
• To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring proper waste disposal.
• To assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• To ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
• To follow all food safety regulations and kitchen procedures to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• To assist in setting up workstations and keeping kitchen tools organized.
• To perform general tasks as directed by Head of Department from time to time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Posses own transport
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
