Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation for Malaysia and Singapore offices
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and HR data
  • Support payroll preparation and HR reporting
  • Ensure HR documentation complies with Malaysia labor regulations

Finance Support

  • Perform data entry for expenses, invoices, and financial records
  • Maintain finance documentation and filing
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Organize finance records, receipts, and supporting documents

Office Administration

  • Maintain pantry supplies and office inventory
  • Coordinate office cleaning and maintenance vendors
  • Source service providers such as cleaners, office supplies, and maintenance services
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well maintained
  • Provide general administrative support for daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian Employment Act is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
