Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate sales leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers from construction, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, warehousing, and government sectors.
- Promote container sales, rental services, and customized container fabrication solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on enquiries and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to project completion and payment collection.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide professional consultation and solution-based selling.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and after-sales service.
- Handle customer feedback and coordinate with internal departments for prompt resolution.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities within container rental, storage, site offices, labour quarters, and modular construction sectors.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Operations, Logistics, and Accounts departments.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and project execution.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely project updates.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
- Experience in containers, construction, logistics, industrial products, machinery, or related industries is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
License & Mobility
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving license.
- Willing to travel throughout Malaysia.
- Own transport is an advantage.

Basic Salary
RM2,500 to RM2,800.00 per month (depending on experience)
