We are looking for Lead Analyst with 7+ years of experience.
JOB SUMMARY
Provides business analysis services and/ or project management services to Business Administration Operations assigned projects or initiatives. This position under limited supervision is to work closely with the stakeholder group and project teams to gain in-depth understanding of, processes, infrastructure, road map and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the capabilities needed to address business challenges.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Principle Duties
Essential Function
Responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency. Support administration system development cycles.
Analyse, test, and verify IT proposed solutions for client data administration.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Asia IT.
Provide project management services to assigned regional projects (mid-sized), including AI initiatives.
Produce project management and project management office documentation (detail project plan, Project Charter, Project Budget & Finance tracking, Project Status Report, RAID log, PMO &
COO Dashboard, Benefit Realization KPI and metrics for Asia Administration Operations portfolio).
Manage resources and drive issue resolution, negotiating stakeholder needs and expectations Articulate ideas to management and peers; facilitate meetings and lead presentations.
Develop communication processes to keep stakeholders updated on project results.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level - Required/ Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
Education Details - in business, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Experience
7+ Years - related experience such as business analysis, project management, project management office, demand management, etc
5+ Years - in a Financial Institution or 2 years in insurance/ reinsurance industry.
Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Licenses and Certifications
CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification/qualification
Agile Scrum or SAFe certification / qualification
