Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology leadership roles.
• Strong experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, migration and governance.
• Familiarity and hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and enterprise ERP ecosystems.
• Experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including network, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and business continuity.
• Strong vendor management and contract governance experience.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and enterprise technology modernization.
• Proven stakeholder management capability across multiple business functions.
• Experience leading and developing IT teams.
• Exposure to IT governance, compliance, cybersecurity and disaster recovery frameworks.

Qualification:

• Degree in Information Technology
• Certified Data Safety Officer is an added advantage.

Knowledge:

• Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and standard operating procedures, including cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery frameworks.

Personal characteristics

• Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations, including system outages, cybersecurity incidents, and operational disruptions.

Special requirements

• Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, data protection laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

Pay: RM10,500.00 - RM19,000.00 per month
