An E-commerce Executive is responsible for driving online sales, managing product listings, optimizing user experience, and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach. They also handle tasks like inventory management, website content updates, and customer service, ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Sales & Growth: Developing and executing strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Product Management: Managing product listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal to customers, and updating product information.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders and products.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with suppliers for restocking.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Content Creation: Creating engaging content for the website, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and blog posts.
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Managing and optimizing the use of e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon or Shopify.

Required Skills:

  • E-commerce Platforms: Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
