1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
• Plan monthly and campaign-based content calendars across social media, livestreams, and digital platforms.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.

2. Content Creation & Execution

• Produce high-quality content including short-form videos, livestream content, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Oversee scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and publishing processes.
• Ensure content output meets quality standards, deadlines, and platform best practices.

3. Team Management

• Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage daily content production workflows.
• Review team output, provide constructive feedback, and maintain consistent content quality.
• Train junior team members and support skill development.

4. Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination

• Work closely with marketing, livestream, and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with HR or management on manpower planning for content projects.
• Align content deliverables with campaign timelines and client expectations.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare performance reports.
• Analyze trends and audience behavior to improve future content strategies.
• Optimize content based on insights and platform algorithms.

6. Brand & Compliance

• Ensure all content complies with company policies, platform guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Safeguard brand reputation through responsible content creation and review.
• Maintain proper file organization and documentation for content assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
