We are looking for a proactive and dependable Assistant
to support daily administrative and operations tasks in our packaging manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office administration, filing, and documentation.
Support purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics arrangements.
Help prepare invoices, delivery orders, and simple reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma / Nitec / equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
Preferably able to start work immediately.
