About the role
Are you passionate about health, fitness and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic team at Fr33dom Fitness Pte. Ltd. as a Receptionist/Front Desk Admin. In this full-time position based in the Central Region, you will be the first point of contact for our valued personal training clients and members, ensuring they receive a warm and friendly welcome every time they visit our state-of-the-art facility.
What you'll be doing
Greet and welcome all gym members and guests with a positive, friendly attitude
Register new members and process all membership-related transactions efficiently
Respond to member inquiries and provide information about our gym services and facilities
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, managing bookings and handling payments
Maintain a clean and organised reception area to create an inviting environment
Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the gym
What we're looking for
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a gym or fitness centre environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people from all walks of life
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including point-of-sale and booking systems
A passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
