IMMEDIATE VACANCY
Position: Admin and Accounts Executive
Location: Cheras
Requirements;
1. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required (Property Management).
JD;
1. Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record
2. Responsible in handling and maintaining proper account related documentation
3. Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution
4. Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance
5. Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter
6. Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage
7. Generate billing and send out to the purchasers
8. Sending reminder to the defaulters
9. Issue receipt after payment receive
10. Responsible in general office administration
11. Attending incoming inquiries and complaints
12. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior
