Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Front-End Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and CRM systems
  • Assist customers with onboarding and account setup
  • Help troubleshoot common user issues
  • Maintain excellent customer experience standards

System Support

  • Assist in configuring CRM systems and automations
  • Test workflows, forms, funnels, websites, and integrations
  • Support AI Agent and automation deployment projects
  • Help maintain knowledge base and support documentation

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Assist with content creation and campaign execution
  • Support social media publishing and engagement activities
  • Help manage lead generation campaigns
  • Assist in data collection and reporting

Research & Innovation

  • Research emerging AI technologies and business tools
  • Test new software and automation solutions
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives
