The Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead end-to-end machine learning and rule-based personalization solutions including targeting, pricing, and recommendation use cases to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage modelling data strategies, training datasets, feature tables, and data governance to ensure scalable, accurate, and reusable data foundations.
- Oversee the development, optimization, and operationalization of machine learning models and decision rules for business-as-usual personalization and campaign execution.
- Drive targeting strategies and commercial optimization by translating model outputs into effective offers, pricing strategies, and campaign decisions to maximize take-up and ARPU.
- Monitor and govern model performance, targeting effectiveness, and revenue uplift while providing insights and recommendations to support business and investment decisions.
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields, with relevant analytics experience considered as an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning within commercial or production environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, large-scale data analysis, feature engineering, predictive modelling, and decisioning logic development.
- Experience in model validation, deployment, performance monitoring, uplift analysis, and improving model scalability and stability for business use cases.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
