We are seeking an experienced Murex Integration Lead to join a large-scale Capital Markets transformation programme focused on the implementation and optimisation of the Murex MX.3 platform.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end integration workstream across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology functions. The successful candidate will serve as the primary Murex Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading integration architecture, MxML development, platform migration activities, and the delivery of mission-critical interfaces supporting trading, post-trade processing, settlements, market data, and regulatory reporting.
Lead the design and governance of the MX.3 integration architecture across all inbound and outbound interfaces- .Define integration standards, interface patterns, data flows, and technical design principles
- .Act as the primary SME for Murex integration technologies, advising stakeholders on best practices and solution approaches
- .Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical designs
- .Design integrations between MX.3 and surrounding Capital Markets platforms including trading venues, market data providers, settlement systems, custodians, CCPs, and regulatory reporting platforms
- .Drive strategic initiatives including SWIFT ISO 20022 adoption, cloud integration capabilities, and platform modernisation
- .Design, develop, and maintain MxML import and export workflows using MxML Exchange
- .Build interfaces supporting trade capture, confirmations, settlements, market data, reference data, and regulatory reporting
- .Lead migration initiatives from legacy trading and operations platforms onto MX.3
- .Define migration strategies, cutover plans, reconciliation processes, and deployment frameworks
- .Develop automation frameworks using Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, and Java
- .Implement CI/CD pipelines and release management processes using Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, and Maven

Requirements
- : 10+ years of experience delivering Murex solutions within Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets environment
- s.Extensive hands-on expertise with Murex MX.3 integration technologies and MxML Exchang
- e.Proven experience leading complex integration workstreams on large-scale transformation programme
- s.Strong understanding of Front-to-Back trade lifecycle processe
- s.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, or a related disciplin
- e.Murex certification or formal Murex integration training is highly desirabl
