Tanggungjawab

1.LMW Documentation & Compliance Support

  • Maintain and update all LMW-related documents (import/export records, duty exemptions, compliance reports).

  • Assist in preparing and submitting documents to Royal Malaysian Customs and relevant authorities.

  • Ensure accurate, timely records for audits, inspections, and reporting.

  • Coordinate with production, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance.

  • Monitor document completeness and resolve discrepancies.

2. Supply Chain & Operations Support

  • Support supply chain activities through proper documentation, tracking, and filing.

  • Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams for accurate and timely paperwork.

  • Monitor inventory movements in line with LMW and operational requirements.

  • Ensure smooth information flow across departments.

3. General Administration

  • Handle daily admin tasks (filing, document control, scheduling, coordination).

  • Maintain organized physical and digital records for easy access and compliance.

  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks.

  • Ensure effective interdepartmental communication.

4. Sales & Internal Documentation Support (Secondary)

  • Provide documentation support to the sales team (reports, presentations, correspondence).

  • Coordinate with internal teams to complete sales-related documents on time.
