Responsibility:

1. Deliver pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and managing warranty-related matters.

2. Support the sales team by addressing client inquiries and identifying business opportunities.

3. Conduct product testing to ensure in-depth knowledge and quality assurance.

4. Provide technical training and demonstrations for internal staff and customers.

5. Maintain accurate customer records and manage communications through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, with an average GPA of 3.0 or above (on-the-job degree advancement is accepted).

2. Possess team spirit and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
