We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on exposure, structured training, and cross-functional learning opportunities.

Position

• Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in daily operational and administrative functions across departments.

· Support project coordination, reporting, and documentation.

· Participate in process improvement and digitalization initiatives.

· Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required.

· Analyze data and prepare presentations or reports for management.

· Provide support for IT-related tasks, systems, or digital platforms where applicable.

· Undertake any other assignments as directed by Management.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· Candidates with basic IT knowledge or interest in technology/digital systems are preferred.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office or related applications.

· Knowledge in basic troubleshooting, software, networking, or digital tools will be an added advantage.
