Employment Type: Contract (24 Months, Renewable)

Salary: Up to RM 2,800 per month

• KPI Allowance: RM 400

• Shift Allowance: RM 300

• 6 Days per Week

• Rotational Shifts

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats related to customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related matters.

• Provide professional and accurate information to customers.

• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Meet departmental KPIs and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• No prior working experience is required.

• Minimum qualification: SPM, UEC, SKM Level 3, SVM Level 3, or IGCSE.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

• Good typing and computer skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
