We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Production Manager with deep experience in medical device manufacturing to lead our assembly operations. You will be the primary driver of our production-floor performance—optimizing throughput, ensuring rigorous ISO 13485 compliance, and mentoring a high-performing team. •     Operational Execution: Plan and direct all production activities to hit volume, cost, and on-time delivery (OTD) targets.

•     Regulatory Rigor: Lead operations with a “quality-first” mindset, ensuring rigorous compliance with ISO 13485 and maintaining strong audit readiness.

•     Process Optimization: Utilize PDCA and lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement, reduce wastage, and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

•     Team Leadership: Actively mentor and develop supervisors and floor teams. You are expected to be visible on the production floor, not just behind a desk.

•     Resource Management: Manage production schedules, labor allocation, and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.

•     Problem Solving: Analyze production and malfunction data to identify root causes and implement lasting, data-driven solutions.

•     Strategic Planning: Manage budgets (capex/expenses) and align manufacturing outputs with sales forecasts.

•     Experience: Proven track record in a medical device or high-precision medical manufacturing environment is non-negotiable.

•     Leadership: 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory or management role, preferably in medical devices sector.

•     Domain Expertise: Mandatory, hands-on working knowledge of ISO 13485 and familiarity with ISO 9001.

•     Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with ERP systems and production data tracking.

•     Methodology: Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).

•     Core Competency: Strong floor-level management skills—you are a communicator who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and the shop-floor reality.

•     Mindset: Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of maintaining strict discipline in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
