Job Responsibilities:

1.      Managing construction personnel and delegate task to meet deadlines

2.      Perform regular inspections of the construction site and ensure work is being carried out in accordance with drawing specification

3.      Organizing work schedules

4.      Manage order and delivery of building materials

5.      Prepare site daily reports and site progress pictures

6.      Report non-conformance in respect of workmanship and materials to project engineer

7.      Assist Project and Site Engineer in planning work activities

Job Requirements:

·         Possessed minimum 2 years working experience in building construction field with similar capacity as site supervisor

·         Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

·         Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation skills.

·         Able to interpret blueprints and construction plan
