Role Objective
Drive operational efficiency by automating manual and repetitive tasks across manufacturing and business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop AI / RPA solutions for:
o Data entry and reporting
o Recipe download / system updates
o Workflow automation
· Analyze current processes and identify automation opportunities
· Maintain and enhance existing automation solutions
· Integrate automation with AI systems and dashboards
· Provide user training and documentation
Requirements
· Degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Science, IT, AI or related field
· Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
· Basic programming/scripting (Python, VBA, C#)
· Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
Preferred
· Experience in manufacturing or operations environment
· Knowledge of system integration
