AUTHORITIES

• Instruct site personnel and subcontractors regarding construction activities, work priorities and corrective actions.

• Monitor work progress, productivity, quality and safety compliance throughout project execution.

• Recommend suspension or corrective action for noncompliant, unsafe or defective construction activities.

KEY DUTIES

• Manage daily construction activities for assigned work areas including high-rise towers, podium structures and infrastructure works.

• Coordinate site manpower, subcontractors, construction sequencing and resource allocation.

• Manage and supervise daily construction activities for high-rise residential towers, podium structures, architectural works and infrastructure works.

• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, work schedules and method statements.

• Monitor project progress, productivity, work quality and operational performance.

• Ensure implementation of project operational controls, quality requirements and HSE requirements at project site.

• Coordinate inspections, consultant reviews, technical discussions and site meetings related to construction activities.

• Monitor temporary works, lifting activities, work at height and critical construction activities to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate corrective action implementation related to defects, nonconformities, delays and operational issues.

• Maintain construction records, work progress reports and project documented information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent recognized qualification.

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in high-rise residential construction projects.

• Knowledgeable in construction sequencing, structural works, architectural works and subcontractor coordination.

• Familiar with construction safety requirements, QAQC operational controls and project IMS implementation.

• Good understanding of project coordination, construction planning and consultant/client requirements.
