Hurry up while it's still available!!! The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

• To supervise subcontractors on site installation.

• To promote safety awareness among subcontractors, site supervisors and clients.

• To perform site coordination, site inspection, site quality control complying with the ISO requirement, testing & commissioning.

• Manage the workforce on-site, including subcontractors and labourers.

• Assign tasks and oversee their completion.

• Ensure the proper use of tools and materials.

• Enforce safety standards and ensure that workers follow health and safety regulations.

• Identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Coordinate between various teams to avoid conflicts or overlaps.

• Ensure materials and equipment are available when needed.

• Manage site logistics such as deliveries and storage.

• Track the daily progress of construction activities.

• Report delays or issues to the Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.

• Maintain a daily log of site activities, incidents, and inspections.

• Document worker attendance and productivity.
  

REQUIREMENT:

• More than 3 years of experience in construction field

• Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude

• Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

• Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative

• Knowledge of ISO 9001

• Able to work independently

• Computer literate

• Possess own transport
