Tanggungjawab
Handle full set of accounts
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and monthly closing
Prepare financial reports and management reports
Assist in SST, tax, audit, and accounting-related documents
Monitor company expenses, claims, and cash flow
Maintain proper filing of accounting records
Work closely with management and other departments on financial matters
Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in accounting is preferred
Familiar with accounting software
Good attention to detail and responsible
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
