Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, price comparison, quotation evaluation, purchase order issuance, and supplier coordination.

• Monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and import/export documentation.

• Coordinate closely with forwarding agents, transporters, customs authorities, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Ensure timely delivery of goods and proper filing of procurement and shipping records.

• Follow up and resolve issues related to shipments, deliveries, suppliers, and documentation discrepancies.

• Support inventory planning and ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in procurement, shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• Familiar with import/export procedures, shipping terms, and documentation.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP/system usage.

• Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under deadlines.

• Experience in handling overseas suppliers and shipment coordination will be an added advantage.
