About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our dynamic team at ASCEND EDGE STUDIO SDN.BHD' in Melaka. As an Architectural Draughtsman, you will play a vital role in the design and development of innovative architectural projects. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Producing detailed and accurate architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software

• Interpreting design briefs and technical requirements to translate concepts into detailed design documentation

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and compliance of designs

• Providing technical support and advice throughout the design and construction process

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and project reports

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduate / Relevant experience in architectural drafting or design 

• Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
