Kerja Sepenuh Masa, NPI Engineer di SAMEE Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Join SAM and play a key role in bringing new products from concept to mass production. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, product quality, and manufacturing readiness.

• Manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from RFQ stage through mass production.

• Review customer requirements, including BOMs, drawings, specifications, and testing requirements.

• Prepare quotations and support project costing activities.

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and production readiness plans.

• Manage engineering changes (ECN), material changes, BOM updates, and product documentation.

• Prepare and maintain quality and manufacturing documents such as Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Test Procedures.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.

• Drive process improvements and support root cause investigations to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Lead project status reviews and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing is an advantage.

• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office applications.
