Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all necessary project documentation prior to project commencement

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project timelines

• Liaise with project team and site workers to ensure smooth project execution

• Follow up on project progress and escalate issues where necessary

• Work closely with site workers to troubleshoot and resolve on-site problems

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project

• Source and order project materials in a timely manner to avoid delays

• Record and monitor costing for each project to ensure budget is on track

• Prepare and produce detailed drawings and technical sketches when required for project execution

• Prepare progress reports and updates for management and clients

• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or related field

• Prior experience in fabrication, construction, or engineering industry is an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)

• Able to produce technical drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, or any relevant construction drawing software

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to work independently and under pressure
