Job Summary:

Klinik Haiwan Intan is currently seeking for a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our veterinarians and providing exceptional care to our furry patients. If you love to work with animals, having an excellent communication skill, and a desire to contribute to the well-being of pets, we want to hear from you!

Duties :

1) Provide assistance to veterinarians in handling and restraining pet patients.

2) Provide appropriate nursing care to warded patients.

3) Upkeep cleanliness of the cages, wards and clinic area

4) Provide professional customer service such as proper client education on basic pet care and product-related information

5) To operate in-house laboratory machines and diagnostic tests.

6) To dispense medicine and prescription diet accurately to owners.

7) To assist in surgical or other medical procedures.

Required skills and qualifications :

1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2) Proficiency with veterinary technology/software

3) Strong problem-solving approaches to efficiently aid veterinarians.

4) Excellent organizational skills to multitask in high-pressure environment.
