RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform a weekly/monthly stock check
2. Prompt receiving and binning of stock
3. Prompt invoicing when issued & sold
4. Invoice all parts to be issued before supplying the item
5. Initiate and obtain approval from service head on appropriate Credit Note for parts returned.
6. Initiate request for regular return of moving stock
7. Collect deposits for cash selling parts and any back ordered parts for all customers
8. Ensure prompt back order, follow-up and supply of parts to all customers.
9. To raise parts order immediately when parts are not available
10. Maintain proper recording and control of back ordered parts and outstanding parts
11. Daily follow-up with MMM on ETA and advise customer accordingly
12. Lease with Service Advisors on parts due and parts arrived
13. Monitor daily workshop and counter sales
14. Active participation on HQ service campaign.
15. Follow-up with customer whose backorder part's has arrived.
16. Undertake prudent spending on controllable expenses.
17. Keep abreast on information pertaining to superseded part number/bulletins
18. Ensure all parts catalogue are up-to-date3. Inform all customers in advance on any price change and update the system accordingly
19. Update the prices/parts/parts number
20. Conduct regular housekeeping activities pertaining to parts documentation and parts stock warehousing activities.
21. Maintain cleanliness of the store room.
22. Monitor and take corrective action on weak areas
23. Practice customer care skills daily eg. Uniform, punctuality, telephone courtesy, promptness when attending to customers
24. Initiate the filling up of warranty tags, tagging of warranty parts, storing, recording, retrieving and despatching of warranty and defective parts.
25. Update Service Advisors and front staff of new warranty procedures and guidelines.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
