Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead audit engagements, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and support the Audit Manager in delivering high-quality audit services. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise, guide, and review work performed by junior audit staff
- Perform risk assessments, analytical reviews, and substantive testing
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements
- Prepare and review audit working papers, financial statements, and reports
- Ensure audit documentation complies with auditing standards
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and management
- Manage multiple audit assignments and meet deadlines
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and resolve audit issues
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of audit experience, preferably in audit firm
- Experience in handling full audit cycle is an advantage
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and audit tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Additional Advantage
