Location: Subang Jaya
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for managing and executing order administration processes.
- Handle sales orders processing, monitor and coordinate delivery with internal functional team and intercompany.
- Resolve all sales order discrepancies within department internally.
- Maintain compliances to trade, terms and conditions policies.
- Perform all tasks associated with proper and timely administration of open orders to meet contract obligations.
- Follow up on orders’ delivery shipment schedules and act as liaison person with internal functional teams and customers to assure timely and efficient administration of orders.
- Communicate and support customer query relating to orders and sales.
- Execute internal process and audit requirements as required from Corporate.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree from business administrative or relevant fields.
- 2 years and above experiences in order processing, sales administrative, customer support.
- Good to have experiences in Oracle.
- Experiences in logistic coordination and familiar with international compliance regulations is an added advantages.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
