• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth inventory management.
• Work closely with the Store Supervisor and Storekeepers to maintain an organized, efficient, and well-controlled store.
• Lead and guide store personnel in carrying out daily store activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory records, stock movements, and system updates.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all store records and documents are properly maintained and filed.
• Support stock take, cycle counts, and audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and inventory control procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance store efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or material management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; FMCG industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
