Operations Assistant (Courier Operations)

Network Courier is looking for a proactive and organized Operations Assistant to support our daily courier and delivery operations. You will work closely with riders, drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery services across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery and collection jobs
• Monitor and track delivery status
• Assign jobs to riders and drivers
• Handle customer enquiries and service requests
• Prepare operational reports and documentation
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal departments
• Support route planning and operational efficiency
• Perform general administrative and data entry duties

Requirements

• Minimum N-Level, O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or customer service is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B/2A/2 Motorcycle Licence and/or Class 3/3A Driving Licence
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and locations
• Candidates with both motorcycle and driving licences will have an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SGD 1,800 – SGD 2,200 per month
