Position: Inside Sales Representative - APJ (SaaS/Software/Cloud)

Industry: Software & Technology

Working Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on business needs)

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 6PM

Working Location: Level 29, Menara Southpoint, Medan Syed Putra Selatan, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Basic up to RM15,000 per month (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance + quarterly bonus + (parking + mobile + dental + vision care claim)


Job Description


Training and Adoption is a part of CS&D with the mission to lead a way for customers and partners to adopt, consume, and expand the technology of solution in their digital transformation journey. As they purchase licenses to deploy, we help them understand the solution, certify them for the solution to stay current, and guide them to better use the solution through content platform and telemetry tracking solution.


The T&A Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for Drive T&A business as inside sales who communicate with end customer for net new and renewal business as well as collaborate with direct sales team (SSA, AE) to expand Training portfolio In same time, SDR support individual channel managers to expand volume business with channels such as Authorized Education Partners (AEP) including universities for training, company Partner Edge partners for licenses, partners to sell through the portfolio of training and adoption to end customers. The role will work closely internally with Industry Account Executives (IAE), Services Commercial Sales Executives (SCSE) and Partner related managers to met customer’s needs.


Key performance indicators the role holds responsible for are:


  • Sales Drive Learning Hub and Certification sales to university customer
  • Create new sales opportunity with Sales team and operational support
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving.
  • All tasks above are using client system. sales targets.
  • Booking data management
  • Maintenance of all Partner-related agreements
  • Forecast accuracy and pipeline management
  • Renewal support


Requirements


  • Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Work with Service Account Executives and Industry Account Executives directly to share the update and progress of opportunities, to find a way to expedite, to close them
  • Manage independently demand generation execution to identify new opportunities through call down
  • Be able to plan training journey, to provide a quick user demo for customers and partners


Qualification


A successful candidate MUST have following qualifications to apply for the role:

1.1. More than 5 years field experience

  • Experience in selling software or experience is preferred IT industry (excluding hardware experience), or
  • Experience in managing IT system


OR


1.2. More than 5 years sales and marketing experience

  • Experience in sales, preferably through digital media such as email or conference call, or
  • Experience in field marketing such as Account Based Marketing, or Audience Marketing


2. Proactive consultative sales skill sets

3. Team player mindset

4. Language proficiency

  • Native in language and business level in the other
  • English: business level

5. (Optional) Market experience upon assigned territories

6. (MUST) Undergraduate qualification must. Post Graduate qualification is preferred
