Play a key role in building scalable systems, driving automation, and ensuring reliability across mission-critical applications.

This is your chance to make a direct impact on onboarding/migration projects, monitoring frameworks, and cross-team collaboration with DevOps, QA, and development groups.

Focus: Automation, AWS, Terraform, Cloud Infrastructure

What You’ll Do

• Partner with software teams to enhance application reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Provide production support (BAU), proactively resolving issues before they affect business operations.
• Automate workflows with Python, Unix shell scripting, and AWS Lambda.
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub on AWS Cloud, following best practices.
• Perform database management and queries (Document-Oriented DB experience is a plus).
• Configure monitoring solutions (Grafana, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid incident response.
• Participate in occasional weekend production releases/deployments.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in AWS Cloud technologies, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in Git, Unix/Linux, PL/SQL; scripting/coding experience highly valued.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PagerDuty and industry-standard solutions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with proactive improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and lead improvement projects.
• Must be a Malaysian Citizen/Permanent Resident/RPT due to business needs
• Leadership experience

Nice to have

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Document-Oriented Database certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
