Our client is a regional C/S consultancy with offices across APAC. They have expanded in SG in the last 2 years and already have a healthy pipeline, hence seeking an Associate to lead on projects as well as business development.

Job Description:

• Managing projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/modifications.
• Assisting in workload management and resource forecasting and involved in preparation of proposal documentation.
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural, recognised by PEB (Singapore)
• Registered Professional Engineer in Singapore
• Min 8+ years within a consultancy environment
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead project team members on technical delivery. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Sufficient experience to demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices. – Euro Design Codes, Singapore Standards and Codes of Practice, and authority prerequisite
• Experience in software tools (not limited to)– SAP200, Tekla Tedds, Prokon
• Organised approach and ability to accept increased responsibility and produce accurate and detailed work.
