Responsibilities

• Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in full compliance with local regulations and company procedures.
• Conduct pre-lift risk assessments and toolbox briefings, ensuring that all method statements and lifting plans are strictly followed.
• Monitor and guide signalman and subcontractors to ensure proper lifting techniques and safe practices are implemented.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lifting reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and properly recorded.
• Verify that all lifting equipment is certified, regularly inspected, and fit for operational use.
• Monitor site conditions and stop any unsafe activity immediately.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

• Certificate in Plant and Machinery from an approved authority (CIDB, JKKP, or equivalent).
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Possess good skill in planning and supervision.
• Independent and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
